6-Day Uganda Gorilla Habituation & Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari Day 1: Arrival in Kigali and Transfer to Bwindi Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, meet your professional driver-guide and begin the scenic journey across the Rwanda–Uganda border to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Enjoy breathtaking views of rolling hills, rural villages, and lush countryside before checking into your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Day 2: Gorilla Habituation Experience After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your gorilla habituation experience. Accompanied by researchers, trackers, and park rangers, trek through the rainforest to locate a semi-habituated mountain gorilla family. Once found, spend up to four hours observing their natural behaviors while learning about the habituation process. Return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.3Day 3: Second Gorilla Habituation Experience Enjoy another remarkable gorilla habituation experience with a different mountain gorilla family, subject to permit availability. This unique opportunity allows you to compare the behaviors and personalities of different gorilla groups while spending more time immersed in the rainforest. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise After breakfast, depart Bwindi and travel to . Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the famous Kazinga Channel, where you may see hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a wide variety of bird species gathering along the shoreline. Later, check in to your safari lodge for dinner and overnight.Day 5: Morning Game Drive Set out on an early morning game drive across the Kasenyi Plains in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, hyenas, and other wildlife. After the safari, return to the lodge for breakfast before spending the rest of the day at leisure or enjoying optional activities. Day 6: Return to Kigali After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and drive back to Kigali.
