By using the Virunga Trail Safaris website and booking our safaris, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making a reservation.
Bookings & payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive written approval from us.
- Deposits and balance payments will be communicated during the booking process.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by tour and season. Our team will provide applicable terms when your booking is reviewed. Gorilla permits and park fees may be non-refundable once secured.
Traveler responsibilities
- You must provide accurate personal and travel information.
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
- You must follow park rules and guide instructions for your safety and wildlife protection.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-step verification on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of liability
Wildlife viewing and trekking involve inherent risks. Virunga Trail Safaris is not liable for delays, weather, park closures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
Website content, logos, and images are owned by Virunga Trail Safaris or used under license. You may not reproduce them without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
